Aircraft company sues Japanese rival, claiming it stole secrets

Van Nuys-based jet charter and aircraft management company Jet Edge is suing Tokyo-based Sojitz Corp. for $75 million, claiming the Japanese company set up a competing venture to steal JET Edge’s Asian business operations.
