First Chinese-American to chair State Bar’s board
Jason P. Lee was appointed to the post by the state Supreme Court.

The California Supreme Court announced Friday it has appointed Jason P. Lee as the next chair of the State Bar's Board of Trustees. The bar says Lee will be the first Chinese-American to lead the agency. Lee, the current vice chair, will start his one-year term as chair on Sept. 14.
