Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP announced Tuesday that it snagged a corporate partner from Sidley Austin LLP.

Kelly L.C. Kriebs has joined Munger Tolles’ Los Angeles office after nearly two decades at Sidley.

“Having spent 19 years, my entire career at one firm, which was a great experience, I just felt like it was time for a change and new challenges,” Kriebs said in an interview.
