US auto firm sued for alleged trademark infringement

Wales-based licensing business Tyrrell Promotions Ltd. is suing Homage Cars Inc., a Michigan corporation, and its president Jeremy Sutton for trademark infringement of the well-known Formula One racing brand TYRRELL.
