US Courts proposes judicial ethics changes following Kozinski resignation

The administrative leadership of the federal courts has proposed new rules governing judicial behavior, expressly prohibiting sexual harassment, putting the onus on judges to report claims of misconduct when they hear reports of it and simplifying the process of filing complaints.
