Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority appoints GC
Evelynn Tran replaces Robert Fabela, who moved to work for the city of Anaheim. The two worked together on the 2016 Measure B sales tax measure.

The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority board of directors voted on Sept. 6 to name Acting General Counsel Evelynn Tran as the new general counsel, the agency announced Friday.
Tran replaces the position left vacant by the VTA’s previous general counsel, Robert Fabela, who took a new position with the city of Anaheim, according to Holly Perez, the authority’s public information officer.
