Western Justice Center appoints new executive director

The Western Justice Center, a nonprofit in Pasadena dedicated to building creative programs to resolve conflict peacefully by integrating court system-developed alternative dispute resolution techniques, announced Tuesday the appointment of attorney Elissa D. Barrett as its executive director.
