ABA offers ethical guidelines to attorneys for responding to natural disasters

In the midst of an intense fire and hurricane season, the ABA released guidelines for attorneys responding to and coping with disasters.

On the heels of the largest wildfire in California history and Hurricane Florence’s pummeling of the Carolina coastline, the American Bar Association released ethical guidelines for lawyers affected by and responding to disasters.
