Former UC Berkeley professor Nezar AlSayyad is suing the university, claiming his suspension penalty over a sexual harassment allegation is “excessive.”
UC Berkeley architecture professor Nezar AlSayyad filed a lawsuit this week against the UC Board of Regents and UC Berkeley Chancellor Carol Christ over his suspension following allegations of sexual harassment.
