Misconduct complaints filed against Kavanaugh with D.C. Circuit regarding his recent testimony

At least two complaints of judicial misconduct have been filed against U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, alleging that the federal appeals court judge perjured himself during testimony he gave last month to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
