Rand Corporation announces general counsel promotion
Robert M. Case, associate general counsel from 2013 to 2015, takes over for Debra Schroeder, who retired in January after working as the nonprofit research organization’s first corporate counsel.
Santa Monica-based RAND Corporation appointed Robert M. Case as vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary on Tuesday, announced CEO Michael D. Rich. Case previously served as the nonprofit research organization’s associate general counsel from 2013 to 2015.
