Los Angeles County DA seeks funds to defend prosecutor in State Bar trial
The State Bar is investigating allegations a deputy district attorney violated the California Rules of Professional Conduct in a pending murder prosecution.

On Tuesday, Los Angeles County District Attorney Jackie Lacey will ask the Board of Supervisors to approve an allocation of funds to pay for the deputy’s legal defense, according to a letter posted by the county.
