Investment banking firm hires new general counsel
Vaquero Capital Inc. appointed Danny Allen as vice president of operations and general counsel. He aims to build out its infrastructure, while overseeing its legal, compliance, operations and marketing functions.
San Francisco-based Vaquero Capital Inc. announced Monday it appointed Danny Allen vice president of operations and general counsel. He will oversee the firm’s legal, compliance, operations and marketing functions.
Allen joined the investment banking firm on Sept. 17. He takes over for Joilene Grove, the previous general counsel.
