Persky recall leader in legal battle with ex-judge over legal fees
Attorneys representing former Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Aaron Persky said counsel for Michele Dauber, leader of the recall campaign, does not deserve attorney fees for defending against legal challenges to the initiative to oust the judge.
Attorneys representing former Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Aaron Persky say that counsel for Michele Dauber, leader of a recall campaign, does not deserve fees for defending against legal challenges to the initiative to oust the judge.
Persky said Dauber and her attorneys contributed nothing material to further the state's defense against the suit.
