Two California tribes sued two dozen opioid manufacturers and distributors Tuesday in federal court.
The cases are the 16th and 17th filed in the Northern District of Ohio on behalf of tribes by Robins Kaplan LLP. These are among about 1,100 suits filed against drug companies in connection with opioids, said partner Tim Q. Purdon, mainly by cities and counties.
