SEC judge sentences litigation capital group, no fraud finding

Dismissing more severe fraud allegations made by Securities and Exchange Commission prosecutors, an SEC judge ruled founder Roni Dersovitz and RD Legal Capital misrepresented investments without intent or knowledge of wrongdoing, ordered over $600,000 in penalties and sentenced the founder to a six-month suspension from the securities industry.
