Alternative investment manager hires new general counsel

San Diego and New York-based Artivest Holdings Inc., an alternative investment and technology solutions provider, announced the hiring of a new general counsel, Kamal Jafarnia, on Oct. 18. He replaces Doria Bachenheimer, who was the company’s first general counsel.
