Armored truck company wins judgment in line with just-passed Proposition 11

On the same day Californians passed Proposition 11, requiring ambulance staff to remain on duty during meal breaks, an armored car and security services company obtained summary adjudication from a Los Angeles County superior court against several named plaintiffs on their meal period and overtime class action claims.
