A Russia-based news website has sued Facebook Inc. over what it says was improper removal from the platform for alleged peddling false information.
A Russia-based news website has sued Facebook Inc. over what it says was improper removal from the platform for alleged peddling of false information.
The company, Federal Agency of News LLC, filed the lawsuit Tuesday in federal court in San Francisco and is seeking damages and an injunction to prevent Facebook from blocking its account.
