Hueston leads trend of boutiques doling out eye-popping bonuses

LOS ANGELES -- Southern California trial boutique Hueston Hennigan LLP has set a new bonus standard of 30 to 45 percent of an associate's salary.
This year, Hueston Hennigan LLP also offered a good year bonus stocking stuffer, an extra 10 percent for all bonus-eligible associates and 401K contributions, according to an email from a Hueston Hennigan spokesperson.
