9th Circuit nominee faces likely confirmation battle over past writings
Kenneth K. Lee, a nominee to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, failed to disclose controversial writings on affirmative action to Dianne Feinstein’s judicial selection committee, the senator says.
