Latham, Cooley and Davis Polk lead in 2018 IPO work, report finds
Latham & Watkins LLP, Cooley LLP and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP handled the most initial public offerings in 2018, according to a recent report from Renaissance Capital, an investment adviser which tracks IPOs globally.

The law firm handling the most IPOs is Latham & Watkins, which advised on 45 deals raising a combined $9 billion, according to the report. In 30 of those deals, Latham gave counsel to the underwriters.
