Willkie Farr opens on West Coast with Palo Alto technology specialists
Former Paul Hastings LLP partners Tiffany K. Lee and Matthew D. Berger have joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and launched the firm’s first West Coast office in Palo Alto.
Former Paul Hastings LLP partners Tiffany K. Lee and Matthew D. Berger have joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and launched the firm’s first West Coast office in Palo Alto.
Lee, who will serve as managing partner of the new office, specializes in technology transactions. Berger was formerly Paul Hastings’ Technology Transactions practice’s global chair.
