LA judge sends Kimberly-Clark indemnification battle with spinoff to Delaware

In an indemnification suit between two former co-defendants arising in the aftermath of a nearly half-billion-dollar federal jury verdict, a Los Angeles superior court judge quashed a service of summons and effectively sent the case to Delaware.
