9th Circuit hears re-arguments in Armenian Genocide lawsuit

Now in its fifth year, a federal appeal involving allegations the Turkish government killed and seized land from more than a million Armenians during and after the First World War moved one step closer to resolution when a three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments for the second time in the hot button litigation.
