Sidley Austin partner confirmed as Northern District US Attorney
David L. Anderson of Sidley Austin LLP has been confirmed by the U.S. Senate as U.S. attorney for the Northern District of California.
SAN FRANCISCO -- David L. Anderson of Sidley Austin LLP has been confirmed by the U.S. Senate as the next U.S. attorney for the Northern District of California.
Anderson was confirmed in an oral vote last week that clears the way for him to take over the post from acting U.S. Attorney Alex G. Tse.
