State Supreme Court suspends Orange County prosecutor

The state Supreme Court has approved an Orange County deputy district attorney’s six-month suspension for failing to disclose exculpatory evidence.

Sandra Lee Nassar will begin her suspension Feb. 1, which is when the court's decision takes effect, Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer said on Wednesday.
