Judge invites amicus briefing in Mongols forfeiture case
A federal judge considering a forfeiture charge against a motorcycle club’s trademarked logos said Wednesday that he’ll issue a nationwide call for amicus briefs, saying he believes outside input could assist what he believes is a guaranteed challenge at the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
