A federal jury has found personal injury attorney Stephen J. Dougan guilty of corruptly obstructing an IRS audit.
First indicted by the grand jury in the Eastern District of California on July 28, 2016, Dougan, who is based in Granite Bay, faced one count of endeavoring to obstruct an audit and two counts of aiding in the preparation of a false tax return.
