Randall R. Lee, the former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Pacific Region director, has joined Cooley LLP in Santa Monica.
LOS ANGELES -- Randall R. Lee, the former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Pacific Region director, has joined Cooley LLP in Santa Monica.
Lee moved from Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP. He founded WilmerHale's Los Angeles office in 2007 from his office-converted garage and served as its partner-in-charge for a decade.
