New allegations of prosecutorial misconduct concerning recorded calls between an Orange County jail inmate and his attorney have delayed a judge’s ruling on whether the attempted murder case should be dismissed.

New allegations of prosecutorial misconduct concerning recorded calls between an Orange County jail inmate and his attorney have delayed a judge's ruling on whether the attempted murder case should be dismissed on the grounds of outrageous government misconduct.

Joshua Waring, the son of "Real Housewives of Orange County" star Lauri Peterson, is accused of shooting a resident at his sober living home in Costa Mesa in 2016.
