SANTA ANA -- Calling the government's arguments "disingenuous," a federal judge on Thursday rejected the forfeiture of the Mongols motorcycle club's trademarks, ruling the request is a huge overreach that could chill freedom of expression and is illegal under the First and Eighth Amendments.
