LendingTree appoints Laura Yens as general counsel
Former Alston & Bird payments team member Laura Yens is taking over as general counsel for LendingTree Inc.

Major online loan aggregator LendingTree Inc. announced Thursday the appointment of Laura Yens as the company’s new general counsel. She is replacing Kate Pierce, who retired in August 2018.
After a long career as in-house counsel, Yens said the senior position at LendingTree was an exciting opportunity because of the company’s emphasis on choice education for its customers, diversifying products, services and new acquisitions.
