Placer hires court commissioner

Sacramento civil attorney and certified mediator Glenn Holley was named a Placer County Superior Court commissioner, the court announced Monday.

Sacramento civil attorney and certified mediator Glenn Holley was named a Placer County Superior Court commissioner, the court announced Monday.

Holley, whose term as commisioner will begin May 1 this year, is replacing Todd Irby, who was elevated to a judgeship last summer.

Holley has practiced law since 1985 and most recently spent 13 years as a partner at Schuering, Zimmerman & Doyle, LLP. <...
