Government report blames SoCal Edison equipment for 2017 fire
The Ventura County Fire department released a 71-page report detailing the origin of the 2017 Thomas Fire and laying blame on SoCal Edison electrical equipment, a document plaintiff attorneys say they'll rely on in future litigation.
