Judge stays gun ruling that allowed sale of large capacity magazines
California Attorney General Xavier Becerra won a stay of a ruling that would allow large capacity ammunition magazines in the state, his office announced.
U.S. District Judge Roger T. Benitez of the Southern District agreed to the stay late Thursday, and it went into effect on 5 p.m. Friday, ending for now the ability of gun stores to sell the products. <...
