Advice to your broker clients to protect themselves from liability for cyber fraud

There is likely no more enticing place for a thief to commit cybertheft than in California due to our real estate prices. And, all parties involved in the sale of property (whether purchaser, seller, agent, broker, or escrow) are subject to potential hacking in an attempt to divert funds.
