9th Circuit retracts published worker classification opinion
A federal appeals court has retracted a published opinion concluding the California Supreme Court’s landmark 2018 decision establishing a new test for classifying employees was retroactive, saying in an order released Monday it would soon punt the question to the state’s top justices.
