What happened to Woodstock 50?

August 16, 2019, was to be the kick-off of a 3-day rock festival bearing the name: Woodstock 50. Would it have the same meaning and socio - political impact of Woodstock 69? Would it have generational impact like its namesake? Would those nostalgic for the memory of Woodstock of the past flock to the event? Would they want to?
