USC in legal tussle with on-campus restaurants
The restaurants accuse USC of intentional misrepresentation and breach of contract over leases the plaintiffs say are above market rates.The complaint was filed six days after USC sued one of the restaurants alleging it was several months behind on its lease payments.
USC and restaurants that operate on its campus have filed lawsuits against each other in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
