A prominent white-collar defense attorney has joined Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and he’s bringing one of the nation’s biggest criminal cases with him.
Jeffrey B. Coopersmith filed a proposed order Tuesday in U.S. District Court in San Francisco that substitutes Orrick in place of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP as counsel of record for Ramesh “Sunny” Balwani.
