Thanks for the memories, Paramount Consent Decrees
Recently, Assistant Attorney General Makan Delrahim announced a new policy for the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division: a reversal of the enforcement of the Paramount Consent Decrees which included a two-year sunset period to end the prohibition of block booking.
