Insurers fight to get their promised Affordable Care Act premium subsidies

Three consolidated cases are the latest cases related to the Affordable Care Act to make their way to the Supreme Court. Last month, the court considered the cases which, while not directed at the foundation of the ACA itself, put more than $12 billion at issue.
