Explaining Civ Pro
I love teaching Civil Procedure. I loved studying the subject. I realize that is unusual. Even among people who enjoyed law school, only a few would admit they were fond of the course in “Civ Pro.” I would like to share my interest, because the class can be framed as an experiment in achieving justice.
