It would be an understatement to say that law firm life has experienced a significant disruption as a result of COVID-19. It’s true, of course. Law firms are addressing and adapting to the short-term realities of the pandemic — implementing plans in real time to work and operate remotely, adjusting staffing and planning for a legal world largely frozen in place, and making and implementing disaster plans, all on the fly. It is a disruption. But that’s not all.
