Virtual depositions in the time of COVID-19: a personal account
Due to the pandemic, I recently spent time in the brave new world of online depositions. The depositions involved participants across the country, and by and large, the technology worked remarkably well—well enough to warrant consideration of online depositions in the future regardless of public health concerns.
