FARA is clear: disclose relationships with foreign principals

On May 7, the DOJ filed a motion to dismiss the charges against Flynn for lying to the FBI. The action by the DOJ has been applauded by Trump and many of his supporters, while others see the move as further evidence of the politicization of the agency by Attorney General William Barr. Former President Barack Obama has warned that the “rule of law is at risk.”
