Finding your bearing as a plaintiff lawyer in a pandemic

Closed offices and courtrooms have created a major disruption with our ability to effectively represent our clients. Plaintiff’s lawyers with a contingency fee practice experience an even greater impact. The inability to get civil jury trials means that each case has no finish line. In these times of uncertainty and anxiety an opportunity exists to refocus and rededicate ourselves.
