For the times, they are a-changin’... or are they?

Through the valiant efforts of the Judicial Council, bench and bar leaders across the state, digital policies are being implemented to make the court system more efficient — literally and virtually. Governor Gavin Newsom added a line-item budget entry to the tune of $25 million to springboard the courts into the 21st century.
