Jury selection post-COVID: Connection is still vital

Each juror brings a unique perspective and experience to the process, but together they create new energy. When jurors aren’t physically together, some of that will be lost.

I've spent innumerable hours envisioning the right kinds of jurors for each of my cases, and I've internalized the subliminal dance that takes place when I'm questioning potential jurors.
